Return Policy
Your satisfaction with the transaction is our commitment. In the rare instance that you don’t want to use our products, please contact us within 14 calendar days of the receipt of your order. All return items must be unwashed and unused in original packaging. We refund the costs of the diapers but we do not refund shipping costs. You must contact us with your order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return.
All sales on clearance items or discontinued products are final, no exchange or refund on these items.
PLEASE NOTE : Returned items purchased with a “free shipping offer” will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.
