Highlights: Online account management interface for Verizon/Verizon Wireless small business and enterprise users, creation of a UX pattern library for all of Verizon’s and Verizon Wireless’ web properties.

Johnson and Johnson Vision Care: .com redesign of Johnson and Johnson Vision Care and Johnson and Johnson Vision Care Institute. One of the sites uses rich media to further engage audience with product information. Created information architecture for a complex knowledgebase and advanced search interface.

Johnson and Johnson Vision Care is interested in extending their web presence by building an online community and position it as the resource destination for eye doctors. With that goal, I led and created designs for two web properties, one focused on marketing and the other on education. For the educational website, I designed a knowledgebase that helps doctors find learning materials and uses metadata to improve relevancy. Rich media was also used on both sites to further engage eye doctors.

HTML prototype was delivered for this project and was well received internally and with the clients. Simple JavaScript was used to prototype AJAX behaviors where it would otherwise be difficult to explain on paper.

Teenagers can watch a series of webisodes on the website and vote for outcomes. To further tap into the social space and increase brand awareness, a Facebook group was created for this project.
